Privacy Shield Notice

  1. Commitment to Privacy Shield

    We commit to comply with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States, respectively. We have certified that we adhere to the Privacy Shield Principles of notice, choice, accountability for onward transfer, security, data integrity and purpose limitation, access, and recourse, enforcement, and liability.

  2. Scope of Application

    This notice applies to all personal information received by our company from the European Union and Switzerland, in any format including electronic, paper, or verbal.

  3. Data Collection and Use

    We collect personal information for various business purposes, including but not limited to, providing and improving our services, communicating with customers, and meeting legal obligations. We will only use your personal information in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by you.

  4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

    We may share your personal information with third parties only in ways that are described in this privacy notice, and we ensure that any third party for which personal information may be disclosed subscribes to the Privacy Shield Principles or offers at least the same level of privacy protection as required by the Privacy Shield Principles.

  5. Rights to Access Your Personal Information

    In accordance with our commitment to the Privacy Shield Principles, you have the right to access your personal information that we hold and be able to correct, amend, or delete that information where it is inaccurate or has been processed in violation of the Principles.

  6. Recourse, Enforcement, and Liability

    We have mechanisms in place to assure compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles. We conduct an annual self-assessment of our privacy practices to ensure compliance with this notice and we provide an independent way to resolve complaints about our privacy practices.

    If you have any complaints regarding our compliance with the Privacy Shield, you should first contact us. We will also cooperate with EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and comply with the advice given by such authorities with regard to human resources data transferred from the EU in the context of the employment relationship.
